This was from 2012, fast forward to 2018 Blumenfield has helped to facilitate theft of Redevelopment funds and land for the Magnolia Science Academmy #1with help of Mark Dierking (Caprice Young's husband) for the ID Development #241 RESEDA TOWN CENTER. 
A denied school by LAUSD get an expansion, new school and government funds to boot.
