  Muhammed Erdogan aka Frank Erdogan first came under our spotlight in 2009 in Utah as principal of the troubled Gulen charter school Beehive Science and Technology School.   It was due to close in 2010, after much controversy over Holocaust teaching remarks from Frank /Muhammed.  There was other controversy surrounding substandard teaching and the Gulen Movement involvement.
Then the same age old issues of the Gulenists with sticky fingers using US taxpayers educational money pay over $300,000 for H1 B visas of their wayward brethren (aka More Turks) Their teacher was below average, English skills horrific.  With the threat of the school being closed down after horrible test scores and community complaints especially by ex board members, the state had a meeting with the new interim principal who brought in an attorney that intimidated the state educational board.  They were given 1 year probation which turned into 7 more years.

But what happened to Frank / Muhammed Erdogan?  Well he ended up surfacing in Australia using the name "Fethullah Erdoghan" as head of Blue Star dialogue in Canberra.

Gulenist John Duman, Feridun Yilmaz and Mehmet Haluk Orgun                                                              all members of Raindrop Turkish House aka Raindrop Foundation,  entered into an agreement in 2016 that shortly went south.  The short story is Raindrop known for starting the "after school" and day care teaching for the Texas area, sold Yilmaz and Orgun their "after school" business.  Of Course, in the true Gulen fashion they had federal contracts tied to this.

HOUSTON – A Harris County man who used to head a local after-school program is suing his former employer and others for wrongfully discharging him almost two months ago.

John Duman’s lawsuit against Zenith Premier, Inc. and shareholders Feridun Yilmaz and Mehmet Haluk Orgun, which was filed on Aug. 5 in the Harris County 295th District Court, alleges the defendants terminated Duman “in violation of law and his employment contract.”

The plaintiff was brought on by nonprofit Raindrop Foundation to serve as CEO of Zenith Learning, which ZPI bought in November 2016. Last August, he signed a contract which guaranteed him an annual salary of nearly $120,000 and ten percent of ZPI’s annual operation profit.

“The contract also provided that the plaintiff could not be fired for an illegal reason,” the suit says.

Duman pinpoints his firing to his refusal to discriminate against personnel of Turkish origin, hire a principal’s relative who could not legally work in the U.S., and opposed spending that placed the organization deep in debt.

“These actions were contributing factors to the defendant’s decision to fire him,” the suit says.

Court papers further argue that the termination was retaliatory in nature.

Consequently, Duman seeks unspecified monetary damages.

He is represented by Carter Thompson of Austin.

Raindrop Foundation aka Gulen Movement also operates Blue Bonnet Day Care Centers.  The interesting thing is there is no 990 Tax returns filed for any of the Zenith Premier, Inc., Zenith Learning or Zenith Kids (which does have a EIN number filed)  However Raindrop Foundation has 990 Tax returns filed with the last one being from 2016

A former executive of Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETÖ)-linked foundation in the U.S. has been brought to Turkey on Nov. 16, according to security sources.

Mehmet Salih Gözegir was deported from the U.S. on Nov. 15 after he was found guilty of sexual abuse of children, said a security source, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media.

Gözegir arrived at Atatürk International Airport in Istanbul from Houston under security escort, the source said, adding he was later referred to police headquarters in the city.

He was one of the board members of the Raindrop Foundation -- one of the umbrella organizations of FETÖ in the U.S. -- in 2014. He was detained following a police raid in 2015.

Gözegir, who was in the U.S. for his medical education, was released on $50,000 bail pending trial.

He was expelled from board membership in the foundation and his deportation was decided in June 2018.

The Raindrop Foundation has been operating as the umbrella institution uniting many schools and foundations belonging to FETÖ.
